Repaint a Light Fixture with COLORSHOT Spray Paint

Repaint a Light Fixture with COLORSHOT Spray Paint

Have you run out of things to spray paint in your house at this point? Because we can always give you more ideas! Fixtures tend to be smaller details in our living spaces, but they can make a HUGE difference on the overall impact of a room. Everything from your light fixtures down to your cabinet handles - it all matters! Especially when the fixtures came with your house but they're not totally your style. But that's okay, don't give up your dreams of having beautiful fixtures, because you can easily make them everything you envisioned with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints. We're loving this simple light fixture revamp from @citygirlmeetsfarmboy, who used COLORSHOT to give her bathroom light fixture a whole new life. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint in desired color + Primer - Light fixture - Protective covering for work surface Here's a before shot of @citygirlmeetsfarmboy before her impactful light fixture upgrade and bathroom revamp. Carefully remove your fixture, as well as the light bulbs, before painting. You'll want to make sure your fixture is clean and free from any dust and debris before you begin painting. As always when working with any spray paint, make sure you are in a well-ventilated area (like outdoors), and cover any work surface you don't want paint on. If your light fixture is made from a shiny metal (as most are), you'll want to basecoat it with Primer. Spray several light coats of COLORSHOT Primer onto the fixture, allowing it to dry between coats. The Primer helps give the spray paint color extra gripping when you're ready to apply it! Once the base is primed, spray several light coats of your chosen COLORSHOT Spray Paint onto the fixture, letting dry between coats. Tip: It's better to spray several light coats instead of one or two heavier coats to help prevent pooling and to create an extra-smooth finish on your fixture. Once you're happy with the coverage, let it dry completely. Once her light fixture completely cured, @citygirlmeetsfarmboy remounted with new sconces for an extra personal touch. Didn't it turn out so amazing?! See how easy it is to make such a big impact in your space with just a few simple changes? Are you feeling inspired to grab a can of COLORSHOT and paint all of the light fixtures in your house right now? Because we totally are. Weekend project here we come!

Make Pretty Painted Letters with COLORSHOT Acrylic Paints

Make Pretty Painted Letters with COLORSHOT Acrylic Paints

We know we're talking about spray paint most days here at COLORSHOT, but today is not that day. So put down your can of Hello Handsome and pick up a bottle of Hello Handsome instead, because today we're talking about COLORSHOT Premium Acrylic Paints. We're not bragging or anything (or maybe we are), but have you tried our acrylic paints yet? Not only are they highly pigmented to stand out on a variety of both light & dark surfaces, they're also mixable to create even MORE colors, they dry to the touch in 30 minutes, AND they complement the entire line of COLORSHOT color products so you always have the perfect color in the formula you need for your DIY projects. If we haven't convinced you yet, maybe our friend Steffi Lynn can! Check out this stunning painted letter artwork she created with COLORSHOT Acrylic Paints; these are just some examples ... to see all letters, check out our Acrylic Paints section! What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Acrylic Paints (desired colors) - Canvas - Paintbrushes - Paint palette - Pencil (optional) If you aren't comfortable freehand creating your letter, you can first sketch it out lightly on the canvas with a pencil. Then begin painting with your base color. Because COLORSHOT dries quickly, apply lighter coats at a time, building layers as needed. Let your base accent color dry a bit before adding the main color. If you'll be working accent designs like flowers over the top of your letter, brush the paint around the designs on the letters. Use a detail brush like a liner paintbrush to add in detailed designs, starting with your darkest colors. Use lighter colors to add highlights. Once you're happy with your design, let it dry completely before displaying. COLORSHOT Acrylic Paints dry to the touch in 30 minutes! How pretty is this letter J?! And remember, COLORSHOT Acrylic Paints are mixable, so you can create your own custom colors if you don't have the shade you're looking for. Here are a few more letters to get you inspired! What letter will you create with COLORSHOT? Try this letter painting technique to make your own monogram, a set of letters for a word, or as a fun gift for friends and family. Get creative with COLORSHOT!

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Station Makeover: Coffee Canister

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Station Makeover: Coffee Canister

A coffee station needs one essential thing more than just about any other thing: coffee. Sure, you could keep the bag on the counter and that would technically be fine, or you could keep your coffee ready for the grind in a canister that's cute, and that would be better. There's no need to spend a ton of time hunting for one to match your vibe or spend a ton of money on one you finally do find; just upcycle an old one for cheap with a can of COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint! Read on to see how Grey Birch Designs used COLORSHOT to totally transform an old canister for a new rustic farmhouse coffee station look. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (Lucky Penny shown here) - Canister Any old canister will do, because you're going to transform it with COLORSHOT! Make sure it's clean and free from dust and prints, and remove the lid as well. Working in a well-ventilated area, spray several light coats of color onto the canister, letting dry between coats. Once you're happy with the coverage, let dry completely. That's literally it. Just a few steps to a fabulous new home for your coffee. Feeling inspired to up your java game? You should! How will you makeover your coffee station?

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Station Makeover: Stenciled Coffee Sign

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Station Makeover: Stenciled Coffee Sign

Your rustic farmhouse coffee station makeover just wouldn't be complete without a cute quote art sign that makes you smile almost as much as that first sip of coffee. Signs can be pricey, but not if you make your own out of an old one you already have. Before you give us those "But I'm not artistic!" or "But I can't draw and my handwriting is awful!" excuses, hold up. All you need is a stencil and COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints and a Paint Marker to transform any old artwork into a brand new work of art for your rustic farmhouse coffee station makeover. Check out this cute idea from Grey Birch Designs and get inspired to make your personal coffee station the place to BE every morning. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (Blackout and Marshmallow shown here) - COLORSHOT Premium Paint Pen (Lucky Penny) - Quote art stencil Have an old sign that doesn't fit your vibe anymore? Don't toss it, turn it into something new! Pop out the base if you can (if you can't, tape around the frame to protect it from spray paint). Make sure the base is clean and free from dust, then spray several light coats of Blackout to cover the old artwork. Let dry completely. Once dry, place your stencil on the base and spray several light coats of Marshmallow over the stencil openings. Remove the stencil and let dry completely. Use the Lucky Penny Paint Marker to color in the mug design for emphasis (or whatever design you choose)! Let dry before placing back in the frame. Add your sign to your newly made over rustic farmhouse coffee station and get some java brewing to celebrate!

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Station Makeover: Distressed Tray

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Station Makeover: Distressed Tray

Some of us at the COLORSHOT office would argue that breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day; it's coffee. Don't even get us out of bed unless the coffee is brewing and our mug is ready to be filled. Which brings us to our next point: since coffee is the most important part of our day, it stands to reason that a super cute, well-stocked coffee station is a MUST. So we teamed up with Grey Birch Designs for easy and affordable ideas for turning a boring (but well-loved) coffee pot on the kitchen counter into a fun rustic farmhouse style coffee station that inspires you to want to get up a little faster in the morning. A great budget find, this distressed rustic serving tray became farmhouse chic with a little help from COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints and some sandpaper. Read on to see how Grey Birch Designs created it! What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (shown here: Blackout and Marshmallow) - Metal tray - Sandpaper It doesn't matter what color your tray is, because it's easy to cover with COLORSHOT! Make sure your tray is clean and free from dust. As with all spray paint projects, you'll want to make sure you are working in a well-ventilated area. Spray a basecoat of Blackout on the tray, spraying several light coats instead of one heavy coat. Let dry between coats. After the basecoat of Blackout has dried, spray several light coats of Marshmallow over the entire tray, letting dry between coats. Once completely dry, sand with sandpaper randomly over tray to create a distressed look. How great does this distressed tray look as part of the rustic farmhouse coffee station makeover?! How will you set up your station?

Add a Pop of Color with COLORSHOT

Add a Pop of Color with COLORSHOT

Craving some extra color in your life? HGTV's Flip or Flop Vegas host Aubrey Marunde will show you how a few pops of color go a long way in adding personality to your space. All you need are COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints! Whether your kitchen, your bedroom or your family space needs a little extra love, simple items on the counter or a side table can revive a room and pull the entire space together with color. For this tutorial, Aubrey found simple white ceramic items for the kitchen - a vase, canister and utensil holder - that she could instantly dress up with color, but you can use spray paint to breathe new life into items you already have around the house. Get creative! You'll save on spend AND you'll have fun new colors in your space. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (shown here: Aromatherapy, Farmer's Daughter, Emoji) - Items of choice to spray paint (shown here: ceramic vase, canister and utensil holder) Make sure your items are clean and free from dust and prints. As always when using spray paint, you'll want to work in a well-ventilated area. If you're painting items that will be in the same space, you'll want to choose a color palette that vibes with your space, and colors that play nicely together! Need some help picking colors? Check out our Color Palette page for ideas! Start by applying one light coat of spray paint to your items. Always work with spray paint by applying light coats instead of one heavy coat. This helps to prevent the paint from pooling and/or dripping and ruining your project! Make sure to let the paint dry between coats. Continue applying coats of color until you are happy with the coverage. Make sure you allow your items to dry completely before putting them to use! How amazing do these finished pieces look?! See how easy it is to add vibrant pops of color to any space with COLORSHOT? Aubrey's tip: "Spray paint is the fastest and easiest way to change the look of something!"

Craft Room Decluttering: Spray Paint Your Trash Can

Craft Room Decluttering: Spray Paint Your Trash Can

A trash can is an essential part of the decluttering process, wouldn't you say? It helps keep trash out of your way, which is always a good thing, and helps keep your craft room clean and tidy! But just because it's a trash can doesn't mean it can't look its best and add to the ambiance of the room. Customize your trash can to your color scheme with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint; just a few quick sprays for a colorful new look! What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (Extra Guacamole shown here) - Metal trash can Make sure your trash can is clean and free from any dust or prints. Our trash can is metal, but you can just as easily spray paint one that's plastic or wood! If you're working with a slick metal, we recommend using a basecoat of Primer first. Working in a well-ventilated area, spray several light coats of Extra Guacamole (or desired color) over the entire trash can, letting dry between coats. Once you are happy with the coverage, let it dry completely. Is it weird to say, "how pretty is this trash can?!" Because it IS pretty. Who wouldn't want to throw trash in a can like this? Mission Craft Room Decluttering complete! You creative ideas will be flowing with all of this colorful inspiration in your newly organized space!

Craft Room Decluttering: Clipboard Wall Art

Craft Room Decluttering: Clipboard Wall Art

If you're limited on space, wall art that's functional is a major plus! That's why we love this clever clipboard wall art idea. You can take simple, basic clipboards and paint them in bright colors, add quote art and other pretty designs, and they make for such a fantastic display that doubles as a place to hang notes, reminders, photos and more. Such an easy, affordable decluttering idea you can create with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints, Acrylic Paints and Paint Markers! This is also a great idea for office spaces, kitchens and other places your family uses for sharing info. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (Head in the Clouds, Summer Pedicure, Mermaid, Extra Guacamole, Splash) - COLORSHOT Premium Acrylic Paints (Marshmallow) - COLORSHOT Premium Paint Markers (Treasure Chest) - Painter's tape - Paintbrushes - Letter/quote art stencils - Ruler Make sure your clipboards are clean and free from any dust or prints. Spray each with a basecoat of Primer before adding color. This board was painted with several light coats of Mermaid. Once the spray paint dries completely, use a ruler and the Treasure Chest Paint Marker to create this pretty pattern over the board. For this board, use painter's tape to mask off one half of the board, applying the tape at a diagonal. Spray the bottom half with Head in the Clouds and let dry. Remove the tape and mask off the white section to prevent from overspray. Spray the top half with Splash then remove the tape. Once completely dry, use the Treasure Chest Paint Marker to draw random lines all over the Splash section. For this board, after applying a basecoat of Primer, spray with Mermaid and let dry. Apply your quote art stencil over the top and paint over the lettering with Marshmallow Acrylic Paint. Remove the stencil and embellish with other painted designs if desired. This board is made exactly like the similar one with Splash above it, using Summer Pedicure instead of Splash. And for a simple design that still makes a bold statement, tape off the bottom of your unpainted board, apply a basecoat of Primer, then follow up with Summer Pedicure. So bright and fun! For this board, apply several light coats of Extra Guacamole and let dry. Place your quote art stencil over the top of the board and paint the lettering with Marshmallow. Remove your stencil and let dry. We love how these just pop! Tack on notes, cards and papers to keep clutter off your work space while still keeping them organized and ready for when you need them. Are you feeling inspired to get your craft room in order yet?

Craft Room Decluttering: Painted Storage Baskets

Craft Room Decluttering: Painted Storage Baskets

Storage baskets are always a good idea for keeping craft room clutter to a minimum. They're perfect for housing paints and other art supplies, decorative papers, magazines, you name it. Rather than spending a fortune on a big cabinet, you can organize storage baskets on simple shelves for a super chic look, especially when you customize them to match your fancy new craft room. How can you do this? You guessed it - with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints! With a roll of painter's tape and your favorite spray paint colors, you'll have colorful storage baskets for decluttering your craft room in no time. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (Mermaid and Island Girl shown here) - Storage baskets - Painter's tape - Heavy painter's paper Wipe down your storage basket to make sure it's clean from dust and lint, etc. Use painter's tape to tape off the bottom half of the basket. Cover the top section of basket with heavy paper and tape to protect from overspray. Spray several light coats of Island Girl onto the exposed part of the basket, letting dry between coats. Once Island Girl is dry, use painter's tape to mask off the top portion of the bottom half, so only the bottom fourth of the basket is exposed. Paint this section with Mermaid and let dry. Remove all tape and paper. Missed a spot? You can use COLORSHOT Paint Markers for any touchups! Don't these storage baskets make you want to put things away?! We're loving this striped color combo - it really pops! Craft room decluttering never looked so good! Such fun, easy ways to get organized and inspired!

What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (Summer Pedicure shown here) - COLORSHOT Premium Paint Marker (Marshmallow) - COLORSHOT Alphabet Stencils - Acrylic sheet - Yardstick - Calendar guide Make sure the acrylic sheet is clean and free from any dust or prints. Place your calendar guide underneath the acrylic sheet and use the yardstick and Marshmallow Paint Marker to create the grid. Let dry. Cut the letter stencils needed for the days of the week and tape along the top, reversed (since you will be flipping the calendar around when it's complete). Color in the letters and let dry. Repeat if needed for more opacity. Remove stencils and spray three light coats of Summer Pedicure onto the acrylic sheet, spraying over the marker designs. Let dry completely. Now you have a wall calendar that can be tailored to any month! Staying on schedule never looked so fabulous. Sooooo ... Upcycle Your Decor with Spray Paint

Upcycle Your Decor with Spray Paint

Having fabulous décor doesn’t mean having to spend a fortune on it. Flip or Flop Vegas host Aubrey Marunde shows you how easy it is to upcycle yard sale and thrift store finds with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints. Make your space new again without breaking the bank by upcycling anything and everything you can find! Remember, don't be deterred by the appearance of an item; as long as you like its shape, the color is easy to change. So grab your COLORSHOT and get ready to give your budget finds a whole new look! What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (colors shown here are: Stiletto, Scuba and Lucky Penny) - Lamp - Side table Yard sales and thrift stores are great places to find furniture and decor to upcycle for super cheap! Aubrey found this side table and lamp at a thirft store and planned on giving them a totally modern makeover with bright COLORSHOT Spray Paint colors. Make sure all of your items are clean and free from any dust and prints before painting. Rather than priming the wood table with a basecoat of Primer, Aubrey decided to start with adding Stiletto directly since the paint already has primer in it. If the table you are going to upcycle is made from slick materials, you might want to go ahead and prime first for best results. Spray several light coats of color at a time, until you are happy with the finished result. Let dry completely. The lamp Aubrey upcycled was brass, but yours can be glass, plastic or wood as well! Aubrey's tip: since the spray paint color is buildable, you can leave some of the brass shining through for a more vintage look, or spray until the color is opaque for a vibrant makeover. Did you know you can spray paint lampshades too? Aubrey opted for Lucky Penny for a pretty metallic sheen. Continue spraying light coats until you have a smooth, even finish. Once everything has completely dried, it's time to update your space with your newly upcycled décor. Look at that bold color! And just like that, your furniture finds have an eye-catching new look!

Easy Planter Upgrade

Easy Planter Upgrade

New year, new goals! Whether it’s working on your dream home or a boss office to stay motivated on your way to the top, get inspired with COLORSHOT. Flip or Flop Vegas Hosts Aubrey and Bristol Marunde show you how you can use COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints to create a more inviting space with just a pop of color. For this home project, Aubrey and Bristol chose to give simple fiberglass planters from Home Depot a quick and easy makeover with vibrant color that's as pretty as the flowers they display. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint - Fiberglass planters The planters Aubrey chose were made from fiberglass, but you can just as easily go with stone, ceramic or even plastic when working with COLORSHOT. Make sure your planters are clean and free of any dust before painting. Can't decide on which color to use? (We know, COLORSHOT has so many amazing options!) Don't be afraid to swatch colors on the planter so you can see them before making a final decision. You can paint right over the swatches! How fabulous do these planters look?! What an easy way to create a welcoming walkway to your front door!

Monogram Custom Gift Wrap

Monogram Custom Gift Wrap

Sure, you can wrap gifts in the same paper everyone else is using this year (yawn), or you can put your game face on and wrap gifts in paper that's cooler than the presents. Create your own custom gift wrap in colors that POP under the tree with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint! It's fast, easy and a fun way to let your crowd know that you've just claimed the new title of gift wrapping queen/king from your Aunt Sue. For an extra personal touch, spray paint coordinating monogram letters instead of using traditional gift tags to take your creative flair all the way to the top. Get the tutorial from Pretty Life Girls and get to it - Christmas is just around the corner! What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (Orange Slice, Cosmo and Extra Guacamole used here) - Plain white wrapping paper - Wood letters - Coordinating ribbon Cut sections of wrapping paper large enough for wrapping gifts. (It helps to know what gifts you plan on wrapping with each color you're using.) Most likely you'll want to paint outside since you'll need a good amount of room. Cover your work area with plastic or heavy paper to protect from paint. Spray a light coat of your desired color onto the paper. Let dry and add another coat if needed to achieve the opacity you're looking for. Once you're finished spraying your sections of paper, spray your wood monogram letters to match. Spray several light coats at a time instead of one heavy coat for best results. Let dry completely. Once everything has completely dried, it's time to wrap those gifts! They're almost too pretty to open ... almost.

Custom Ombre Gift Wrap

Custom Ombre Gift Wrap

You know that kind of wrapping paper that's just so pretty you don't want to tear it when opening gifts? The kind you want to save and use for something else? That's this custom ombre gift wrapping paper. And as our gift to you, Pretty Life Girls are gonna show you how to make your own using COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint. You're welcome. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (colors shown are Speeding Ticket and Cash) - Plain white wrapping paper - Plastic covering (or heavy paper or cardboard) - Ribbon Lay out your protective plastic or cardboard with your supplies. You're going to need some space so you'll want to do this project outside or in a well-ventilated area. Determine the sizes of paper sections you'll need (it helps to know what gifts you are wrapping beforehand if possible). To create ombre effects, spray a light coat of color onto paper and let dry, then spray another layer of color in sections as shown, so that some sections are darker than the others. Let dry completely. Repeat for other colors. When your wrapping paper is dry, it's time to wrap presents! Add ribbon for gifts that stand out under the tree! Don't you want to open these (carefully)?!

It's quick, easy, less mess and your pumpkins will last so you can put them out again next season if you so choose. It's a total creative win! All you need for this fun Halloween Decor DIY created by @citygirlmeetsfarmboy is some painter's tape and COLORSHOT for a quick and easy project you can do last minute with fab results. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (Orange Slice and Black Tie Affair used for this project) - Faux pumpkins (stacked or individual) - Painter's tape Make sure your pumpkins are clean and free of any dust. Choose your color palette - have fun with it! Use painter's tape to mask off any sections of your pumpkins you do not want painted. For this one, @citygirlmeetsfarmboy went with a striped motif on the bottom pumpkin, so to create this design, run strips of tape vertically and evenly spaced around pumpkin. Cover top portions of pumpkin with plastic and tape to protect from overspray. Spray several light coats of Black Tie Affair over the areas in between vertical tape strips. When you are happy with the coverage, remove tape and let dry. Cover the painted stripe section of the pumpkin with plastic to protect from overspray, as well as the middle section if leaving unpainted like this project. For the top section, spray bursts of Orange Slice and Black Tie Affair around pumpkin and let dry. Finish your pumpkin by tying a big Halloween-colored bow around it! Your porch is ready to be the coolest porch on the block with all of these fun painted Halloween Decor DIYs! Sometimes it pays to wait until the last minute to start decorating.

Halloween Decor DIY: Witch Brooms

Halloween Decor DIY: Witch Brooms

Witch-themed costumes and decor are a Halloween tradition in our minds, and you can either go the super scary route, or the cute "Hocus Pocus" kind of witch route. This year we're vibing with the latter for our Halloween Decor DIYs, so we couldn't pass up these fun witch brooms made by our friend @citygirlmeetsfarmboy using COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints. Read on to see how easy it is to turn ordinary brooms into the perfect Halloween porch decorations with spray paint and ribbons. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (this project features Silver Lining, Black Tie Affair, Orange Slice) - Straw brooms - Painter's tape - Halloween ribbons Make sure your broom handles are clean and free of dust. Spray each with several light coats of Silver Lining, letting dry between coats. Once completely dry, wrap painter's tape in a spiral around each handle from top to bottom. For one of the brooms, spray several light coats of Orange Slice over the tape openings, letting dry between coats. When you are happy with the coverage, remove tape and let dry. Repeat on other broom with Black Tie Affair. Cover handles with protective plastic to protect from overspray, and spray straw portion of brooms with Black Tie Affair. Let dry then tie festive Halloween ribbons around the straw. What trick-or-treater wouldn't want to stop by this porch?! Clearly you have great taste! (In Halloween Decor DIYs but probably in candy too.)

Dressing Room Decorative Tray

Dressing Room Decorative Tray

Trays are functional for all sorts of things, but we're especially fond of decorative trays because A) they're pretty, and B) they can still be put to work while looking fabulous. We decided a decorative tray would be perfect for our dressing room makeover, but of course we wanted it to match our color scheme, because why would we not want it to match? So obviously we busted out a shimmery metallic spray paint from COLORSHOT and with a few quick coats, we took this tray from basic to beautiful. What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (we used Smolder) - Decorative tray - Painter's tape - Thick paper or plastic to cover tray base - Protective plastic covering for work surface Make sure your tray is clean and free of any dust. If there are parts of the tray that you do not want painted, remove if you can, or cover with painter's tape and heavy paper or plastic if needed. Spray several light coats of Smolder metallic spray paint (or desired color) onto the tray, letting dry between coats. Once you are happy with the coverage, remove the tape/paper and let dry completely. Now your decorative tray is even fancier with a new metallic finish! Put it to work in your dressing room by using it to display some of your favorite things. If you're looking for us later, or ever, we can be found sitting pretty in this room.

Metallic Painted Vase

Metallic Painted Vase

We all love vases ... and why do we love them? Because vases hold flowers and flowers are a girl's best friend (after diamonds, of course). Most of us have a few old vases around the house so this project is even easier because you can simply grab a vase out of the cabinet and give it a stunning new look with metallic spray paint. No shopping needed! (Although shopping is fun too, who are we kidding?) We opted for a dark metallic hue like COLORSHOT Smolder for our ceramic vase, but with so many beautiful metallic shades to choose from, you can't go wrong! What you need: - COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (we used Smolder) - Vase - Plastic cover for work surface - Paper towels Make sure your vase is clean and free of dust and prints. Stuff some paper towels inside of the vase to protect from overspray. (We don't recommend painting the inside of the vase if you're going to be using it with actual flowers and water.) Spray several light coats of Smolder metallic spray paint (or desired color) onto vase, letting dry between coats. Once you're happy with the coverage, let dry completely. And just like that, you can give new life to an old vase with spray paint! We're going to start changing our outfits a million times just to spend more time in this dressing room.

So whether you recently scored an old dresser at a yard sale or it's been in your family for years, giving it a makeover to match your current fabulous taste is easy with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint. First remove all of the hardware. If you don't feel like sanding down the dresser, we don't blame you. You'll just want to coat it with Primer. Spray several light coats, letting dry between coats until you have a nice basecoat. Spray several light coats of Princess Cut (or desired color) spray paint onto the dresser, letting dry between coats. COLORSHOT dries to the touch in 10 minutes but let the dresser completely dry before reattaching hardware. You can put on new hardware or spray paint the old stuff to give it a whole new look! How stunning is this metallic color on this dresser? The light silver sheen of Princess Cut really adds an elegant touch, don't you think? Now you know how to repaint a dresser in a few easy steps! We don't know about you, but this is one dressing room that inspires us to get glam on the daily.
