Why work here
What We Look For, And What You'll Find
Creativity first
We make the paints, dyes, and glues behind other people's creative projects, so we look for people who bring genuine creative energy to their own work.
Self-starters welcome
We hire authentic, enthusiastic, self-motivated people, not people who need to be told what to do next.
Room to grow
Bring what you've got and build a career here. Our team spans seven craft and hobby brands with plenty of room to move around.
